情人瑜珈 甜蜜的溫柔觸碰,更深刻的心靈交流


還記得小嬰兒時期,母親用她溫暖的手輕輕觸摸,或溫柔的將你抱起,躺在胸懷的那份甜蜜滋味嗎?那種親密與溫暖,其實一直深藏在每個人的淺意識裡,每一個人都渴望被輕撫和擁抱,如同源自你內心追求愛的本能一樣。
情人之間毋庸置疑充滿愛的連結,擁抱,愛撫,親吻是戀人們傳達愛意的方式,在瑜珈這個動作肢體與心靈修煉的領域裡,雙人瑜珈的體位法融合了體能,默契,心靈交流與愛的修煉,雙人的姿勢意味著你的覺知必須延伸到另外一個人身上,那是一種施與受的練習,當你給予的同時去接受,在力量和能量地掌握上,學習讓彼此達到平衡狀態;一如生活裡與親密愛人的相處,給的太多?給太少?永遠在尋求平衡與不平衡。但是當你靜心去感受彼此,會發現學會聆聽對方,已經是你在雙人瑜珈裡最美麗的收獲!而皮膚之間的輕輕碰觸,更能喚起兒時愛的記憶,讓情人間滋養更多愛情能量!

3. 雙人瑜珈融入泰式按摩的技巧,互相適度運用身體的重量和地心引力,可以達到伸展及肌膚碰觸的愛意傳遞。(此姿勢必須由專業瑜珈老師指導) 






4. 也可以用遊戲的心情,玩出你們倆專屬的觸感,當腳底碰腳底時,也許你從來不知道她腳趾如此冰涼,妳也沒看過他腳上的痣。肢體接觸培養的默契,一切盡在不言中就像你們之間的小秘密,只有彼此明瞭。

Darling, Open your eyes. You are not made up of those words that hurt you. Or that number on that scale. Or the expectations you feel you will never meet. You are made up of nothing more than you. Simply, beautiful, wonderfully, uniquely you. You are a lovely and complex soul. An individualy fascinating combination of thoughts , Ideas, feelings, emotions. No other is as beautiful as you. Look past the mirror. Look at your soul. Only then you will see yourself as you truly are Beautiful. So smile and don’t forget to love yourself.

有療癒力的活食物

    活的食物是最健康、最有療癒力的工具。什麼才是活食物呢?就是充滿活酵素的食品。






    人類是唯一會在進食前改變食物組成、殺死其中酵素和營養素的生物。人類會用煎、煮、炒、炸等各種烹調方式讓食材失去應有的生命力,而這些烹飪方式都會使食材內含的天然酵素完全喪失。
    人體具有驚人的適應力,即使每天吃得極差,還是能存活下來,但活著不代表健康。
    二十世紀推動生機飲食和蔬菜汁養生不遺餘力的諾曼.沃克博士(Dr. Norman Walker),在五十多歲時得了重病,但發現蔬菜汁的好處並身體力行生食後,健康地活到一百十九歲高齡。他發現這些失去生命力的熟食雖然能使人維持生命,卻會造成健康、能量和活力不斷減低。
    酵素是古人的智慧
    幾乎所有傳統社會都將富含酵素的生機飲食視為經典美食,除了蔬菜類,還包括新鮮的乳製品、生魚、生肉、內臟等生鮮動物製品。這些傳統食物都包含一定程度的發酵食品,因為發酵製作過程,使酵素含量大為增加。
    經培養發酵的乳製品例如乳酪,也是所有尚未工業化民族的常見菜餚。大量食用熟肉的民族,通常會食用大量的發酵蔬菜,例如泡菜、醃蘿蔔、黃瓜和甜菜。亞洲常吃的大豆發酵製品,例如納豆和味噌,不加熱食用,是食物酵素的絕佳來源。
    人體胃部的設計,原本就是用來接收含有酵素的食物,也就是生機飲食。
    牛擁有四個胃袋就是一個例子。它的前三個胃不會分泌酵素,使得牧草中的酵素有機會先釋放出來分解牧草,因此牛自身所製造的酵素便能用於更重要的工作。人類只有一個胃,卻可以分成兩個功能區。
    賀威爾博士將胃的上區稱為「酵素胃」,也是食物進入人體後會停留三十至六十分鐘的地方。酵素胃的目的是讓食物中的酵素能在人體酵素介入之前,先自行分解食物。酵素胃區不會分泌任何酵素,通常是在胃的下區才會分泌酵素。
    所以吃富含酵素的生機飲食,能幫人體做好大半的消化工作。
    食用不含酵素的熟食,則所有的消化都要由人體負擔,尤其是胰臟和肝臟這兩個臟器,必須製造、分泌更多的酵素來幫助消化。這麼一來,寶貴的資源和能量都耗費在消化上,而不是花在身體修復和成長了。
    也就是說,如能多食用富含酵素的生鮮蔬果,就能讓消化系統立即得到休息,體內的代謝酵素也能更有效率地提供體內其他系統運用,也才能讓身體發揮自我治療的功能,重新回復平衡並走向康復。

    ENLIGHTENED MOTHERHOOD

    Give Namaste


















    We say Namaste in class, or maybe even when saying hello or goodbye to a special friend or teacher. We say “I salute the God within you” and in doing so we remind ourselves of the sacredness of life and of our own search for Godliness.
    I’ve heard Indian parents encourage their children to say “Namaste” or “Namaskaar” like a French mom or dad would encourage a “Bonjour.”
    But what does it mean? In practice?
    “I salute the God in you.” It’s the most beautiful message around, one I definitely want to teach my child.
    The other day I spent the afternoon with a friend from high school. We had lunch in her neighborhood and picked her son up from school afterward. That day in New York City we encountered lots of people—other mothers, teachers, the staff at the restaurant, neighbors on the street, children at school, the woman behind the cash register at the drugstore.
    You get the picture.
    My friend, I noticed, took more time with each person than I was used to taking, or seeing others take. It wasn’t glaringly obvious but there was an extra beat whenever she exchanged greetings or words with anyone. A look in the eye, an acknowledgement of humanity, an usually open ear to listen. A touch on the arm when appropriate.
    I don’t think my friend was aware of any of this; it’s simply who she is.
    I want to be more like her. To take the time to see the godliness in all of those around me. Every day. And, of course, I want to teach Lucien to do the very same.

    Never Ever Give Up. Arthur's Inspirational Transformation!

    Arthur Boorman was a disabled veteran of the Gulf War for 15 years, and was told by his doctors that he would never be able to walk on his own, ever again.

    He stumbled upon an article about Diamond Dallas Page doing Yoga and decided to give it a try -- he couldn't do traditional, higher impact exercise, so he tried DDP YOGA and sent an email to Dallas telling him his story.

    Dallas was so moved by his story, he began emailing and speaking on the phone with Arthur throughout his journey - he encouraged Arthur to keep going and to believe that anything was possible. Even though doctors told him walking would never happen, Arthur was persistent. He fell many times, but kept going.

    Arthur was getting stronger rapidly, and he was losing weight at an incredible rate! Because of DDP's specialized workout, he gained tremendous balance and flexibility -- which gave him hope that maybe someday, he'd be able to walk again.

    His story is proof, that we cannot place limits on what we are capable of doing, because we often do not know our own potential. Niether Arthur, nor Dallas knew what he would go on to accomplish, but this video speaks for itself. In less than a year, Arthur completely transformed his life. If only he had known what he was capable of, 15 years earlier.

    Do not waste any time thinking you are stuck - you can take control over your life, and change it faster than you might think. 

    Hopefully this story can inspire you to follow your dreams - whatever they may be.

    Never Ever Give Up

    Arthur proved the doctors wrong. He proved the world wrong, that with pure dedication he pushed himself to lose weight and be able to walk again. This is truly tear wrenching to hear of such an amazing story.
